3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your API keys and credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Pricing and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscribers. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Token overages are billed at pay-as-you-go rates.

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits to maintain service quality for all users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, APIs, and software -- are the exclusive property of MatrixAIBase and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to our Services ("User Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to zero data retention: prompts and responses are processed in real-time and are not stored, logged, or used for model training.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or emergency situations. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATRIXAIBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Termination
